The following describes the procedure to follow in order to request a reset for your CSUC High Performance Computing Service (HPC) user.

The use of the service is subject to the terms and conditions described here.

Procedure


  1. Access the support section via the CSUC HPC portal.




  2. Log in with your credentials or signup for an account.



  3. Access the Administrative Requests section and select Have you forgot your HPC password?.



  4. Then, we will process the request.
