The following describes the procedure to contact the CSUC High Performance Computing Service's support team. We provide users with an incident management tool that facilitates their follow-up and the interaction with the support team.

Follow the instructions below to start using the tool:

Procedure


  1. Access the support section via the CSUC HPC portal.



     

  2. Log in with your credentials or signup for an account.



  3. Select the query according to your needs and fulfill the form.



  4. Once the query is created, you can follow-up it through "My queries" tab.
