The following describes the procedure to contact the CSUC High Performance Computing Service's support team. We provide users with an incident management tool that facilitates their follow-up and the interaction with the support team.

Follow the instructions below to start using the tool:
Procedure
Access the support section via the CSUC HPC portal.
- Log in with your credentials or signup for an account.
- Select the query according to your needs and fulfill the form.
Once the query is created, you can follow-up it through "My queries" tab.
