Within the dataset record, which has not yet been published, click on the "Edit Dataset" button.
In the "Edit Dataset" dropdown, click "Private URL".
Create a link that allows others to review this version before it is published. They will have access to all files and will be able to see all metadata, including those that identify the authorship.
3.1. In the "Unpublished Dataset Private URL" window, click on the "Create Private URL" button
3.2. The URL that was created will appear:
3.3. If you want to copy the URL, you can do so by clicking the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
Create a link that allows others to access an anonymized version of this preview. Metadata that could reveal authorship or the space name will not be displayed.
Note: All files will be accessible even if they are restricted. Remember to avoid putting authorship information in the README file.
3.1. In the "Unpublished Dataset Private URL" window, click on the "Create Private URL" button
3.2. The URL that was created will appear:
3.3. If you want to copy the URL, you can do so by clicking the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
To finish, just send the private URL to the person who made the request. Please note that this URL is private and cannot be published anywhere, as the dataset is still in draft form.
If you want to disable the private URL, click '"Edit Dataset", then click "Private URL". Later, click "Disable Private URL.
